Freebies. What should arrive in the post this morning but Macromedia's "Solution Kit" containing 2 CDs: Accessibility and eLearning Solutions and Introduction to Flash and Dreamweaver.

OK today's mission: investigate using FreeHand to create a logo for the International Women's Day site. The kind of effect I want to get is "stripey toothpaste" you know, the kind with e..g. red and blue laced through the white. I want to use that to pipe the text of IWD. Hope to end up with something similar to the current CNN logo.
Is Applying a gradient fill to text the way to go?
