Now this is really funny. I've just had a Scottish Exec person ask Quine to send them a list of events for International Women's Day. It's funny only because normally a few weeks before March 8th I do the rounds of asking *them* and all Scottish Local Authorities what, if anything, they are doing or supporting for IWD.
