When developing educational content for websites we have many delays because the educationalists are insisting on dotting all the i's and crossing the t's before it goes live - totally neglecting that all the time they are delaying launching their site and missing out on the benefits of exposure. Many times we wish they *didn't* think quite so much about wht they're writing - the more they 'polish' it the less 'human' and more formal it becomes. 1:53:38 AM
